Tetris escape v0.4

New version :

• Changed the way to pop blocks
  
  • You cannot pop a block if it is overlapping another block
• Added lava block
  
  • Kills you if you stay on it for too long
• Bugfix : no more infinite staying collectible, they all disapears after some time

The new features are here to try to counter a certain way of playing : spawn a lot of block chaoticly and jump on. Now you need to be careful when you put a block because it might kill your mate !
